Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

3. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, the order may have already been processed.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@papaoriginal.shop.
